Basic judgment on the development situation of China's LED industry in 2022
LED strip light refers to the assembly of LEDs on a soft strip-shaped FPC (Flexible Circuit Board) or PCB hard circuit board, which is named after its product shape is like a strip. Because of its long service life (ideal life is 80,000 to 100,000 hours, and actual life is about 10,000 to 50,000 hours), it is very energy-saving and environmentally friendly and is gradually widely used in various decoration industries.
There are many members of the LED strip light family, and there are hundreds or thousands of them in subdivision. If they are roughly divided, they can be distinguished from these aspects:
1.Circuit board:
If the circuit board of the strip is an FPC flexible circuit board, it is a soft light bar, and if the circuit board is a PCB hard circuit board, it is a hard light bar.
2.Voltage:
high voltage: 85-265v, (generally 220v in China, and 110v in many other countries).
Low voltage: low voltage 36v is low voltage, the most important types are 5v, 12v, 24v, and there are special voltages such as 1.5v, 3.7v, 3v, 5v, 6v, 9v, 36v, etc., and some special equipment uses 48v, etc.;
3.Density of lamp beads:
In general industries, the number of lamp beads is calculated with a length of one meter. The conventional ones are 30, 60, 120, 144, etc., and the unconventional ones are 32, 36, 48, 72, 90, 216, etc., the current market has a maximum of 700 lights per meter in length;
4.IP Process:
mainly divided into non-waterproof bare version IP20, rainproof: glued IP65 casing IP67, waterproof (can be immersed in water): casing glue or silicone extrusion IP68;
5. Color:
Monochrome: mainly white light (warm white, natural white, positive white, cool white), red, green, blue, yellow, pink, purple, orange, etc.
Colorful RGB (can realize the switching of static colors, as well as the dynamic changes of jumps and gradients)
Full color (can realize running water, horse racing, scanning, and programming according to the actual requirements of customers.
